Cancellations:

Understandably  emergencies occur, and we always try to be flexible within reason. Please give a minimum of 24hr - 48hr notice of cancellation. The early the better so that appropriate rescheduling can occur.

Makeup Lessons:

All Makeup Lessons need to be completed by the end of school holidays following a given Term. This gives students approx 100 days to complete 10 lessons. It will also depend on the availability of the teacher during the holidays.

Remaining lessons generally will not be carried forward to the new term (except for in exceptional circumstances). The best option is to catch up on any Makeup lessons asap within term to avoid disappointment.
